What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges for items with manufacturing defects or if the wrong size was delivered, provided the item is unused and tags are intact. Please note that we do not offer refunds, and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
For domestic customers, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit cards, and Bank Transfers. International customers can pay securely via Credit/Debit card or PayPal.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
