Agha Noor Official strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customized orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues or request an exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and the invoice intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Once your request is approved, securely ship the package back to our designated warehouse address using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
